Federal Judge Remands Wrongful Death Action To West Virginia Court

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A federal judge on March 31 ordered the remand of a nursing home negligence and wrongful death cause of action to the Kanawha County, W.Va., Circuit Court, saying that the addition of an assistant nursing home administrator destroys the complete diversity of parties needed for federal jurisdiction to attach to the case (Dwight Johnson, et al. v.
