Golden Living Facility Seeks Federal Jurisdiction Of Residents’ Rights Suit

FRANKFORT, Ky. - GGNSC Frankfort, also known as Golden Living Center - Frankfort, on May 24 filed a notice of removal in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky at Frankfort, seeking federal jurisdiction of a Kentucky Residents' Rights Act nursing home action.
