Gynecologist Appeals Wrongful Death Verdict

Fourman Madoyan, the 69 year-old gynecologistwho was sentenced on August 2 to 3 years and six months for the “wrongful death” of a woman last year, has applied to the Court of Appeals to get the verdict overruled. The lower court also barred Madoyan from engaging in medicine for a period of two years. Madoyan was found guilty of giving a wrong injection to a 37 year-old mother of four in 2010 that lead to her death.
