BRANSON — A property owned by Branson’s Herschend Family Entertainment is named as a defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit going to federal court in Philadelphia on Monday morning.
Two hungarian students were killed when the Ride the Ducks boat collided with a barge on the Delaware River in July 2010. Thirty-five others were dumped into the river.
The lawsuit claims the duck boat captain did not ask for help from nearby boats and wasted time in asking passengers to put on their life vests
