JACKSON, Tenn. – The Tennessee Court of Appeals at Jackson on April 18 affirmed the denial of a motion to consolidate two identical nursing home negligence lawsuits filed in different state courts, saying state civil practice rules bar the consolidation of actions in different courts (Darryl Suggs, et al. v. Gallaway Health Care Center, et al., No. W2010-01116-COA-R3-CV, Tenn. App., at Jackson; 2011 Tenn. App. LEXIS 185).
