Texas Appeals Court Affirms Denial Of Motion To Dismiss

DALLAS - The Fifth District Texas Court of Appeals on April 25 affirmed a trial court order denying a motion to dismiss a wrongful death action, saying the plaintiffs had already voluntarily dismissed the movants from the action and expert reports were not required as to those defendants (Christian Care Centers Foundation Inc., et al. v.
