Associated PressATLANTA (AP) – The widow of an entrepreneur who was fatally shot outside a suburban Atlanta preschool has responded to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by her in-laws.

In the suit filed in Fulton County Superior Court Monday, Andrea Sneiderman denies she was a co-conspirator in the death of her husband and sued her brother-in-law for libel, defamation, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Sneiderman also filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Hemy Neuman, her former boss who was convicted in March in Russell “Rusty” Sneiderman’s death. She is seeking damages on behalf of herself and her children.

Stephen Sneiderman in May filed a wrongful death suit against Andrea Sneiderman, saying she conspired with Neuman, “to manipulate and influence him” to kill her husband.

Andrea Sneiderman hasn’t been charged with criminal wrongdoing.
